Refund Eligibility

  2. Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item due to an error in fulfillment, we will correct the issue at no cost to you.

Non-Refundable Situations

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements in the following scenarios:

  1. Change of Mind: Since our products are custom-made upon order, we cannot accommodate returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse.
  2. Incorrect Size or Customization: Please carefully review the sizing guide and customization options before placing your order. We cannot process refunds for incorrect size selection or customization errors made by the customer.

Requesting a Refund or Replacement

To request a refund or replacement:

  2. Provide the following information:

    • Photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
    • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.

Refund Process

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to replace an item, please follow the refund or replacement process outlined above.
